I have also been able to implement trainings to be delivered virtually, both to the public and to companies and teams within organizations.

All virtual trainings are conducted live, I will personally facilitate the trainings and workshops through a video conferencing platform. I believe there is an important difference when there is a level of connection allowing the participants to ask questions and participate with the trainer; as a consequence and in order to better serve each participant I limit the size of the training. As a Leadership Development Consultant, I have the ability to bring highly interactive workshops where the participants have and get the opportunity to challenge their thinking processes to elevate their capacity to become the leaders they have always desired to be.
A good leader is always expanding his/her own awareness; even though personal development is an important part of developing a leader I decided to have a separate segment to cover topics like critical and creative thinking.
This segment of my training offering also includes financial management, anxiety and stress management, and mindfulness among a few other techniques that help the participants grow personally not only for the great development of their careers but their lives in general.
Effective communication is probably what the world lacks the most today. We live in a society that is extremely well connected through the use of technology; however, the human connection is losing strength.
Communication skills are a necessary to grow professionally, negotiate better deals and sell more. But, communication is not just throwing ideas out loud, it requires connection, relationship building, and a lot of intentionality.
